Packages containing newspapers - The Gotham Times - were sent to people who submitted photos to the landmark photo contest from Halloween.
November 23
- The website TheGothamTimes.com went live with a digital version of the newspapers sent in the packages.
The newspaper contains numerous articles, leading to additional websites:
- Wearetheanswer.org
- Rememberinggina.org
- GothamNationalBank.com
- GothamPolice.com
- Gothamcityrail.com
- a phone number: 1-866-237-6480 (which currently tells you in short that subscriptions are unavailable because their distributor suffered damage in the narrows (the event from the past movie))
- a contact email: letterstotheeditor[splat]thegothamtimes.com
- a Joker email: humanresources[splat]whysoserious.com
Also on the first page of the Times, there is a crease along the top of the first article. If you click and peel back the corner, you'll reveal a message from the Joker, and a link to Thehahahatimes.com

HaHaHa Times
In the HaHaHa Times spoof of the real newspaper, Joker's circled a number of words and phrases:
Mobsters fight for their right to party
|
Dead letters to the sheep
|
Gotham girl guides sue elves for stealing cookie recipes
|
Look out gotham, Harvey Dent's tie attacks
|
The significance of the red circled phrases is at this point uncertain.
