Karl Breitup was one of the GPD officers who were presumably paid off to leave the scene before the gunfight at the Fillipazzo Community Festival broke out, where civilian Gina Tortericci was gunned down. He was identified in Rememberinggina.org and later died of gunshot wounds during a sting operation by the GPDIAD.
