Jonathan Crane

Dr. Jonathan Crane (aka the Scarecrow) is a former doctor at Arkham Asylum. He developed the infamous Fear Toxin, tested it on Arkham inmates, and released it into the reservoir as part of a plot by the League of Shadows to destroy Gotham.
