A notorious criminal who gets his name from his gruesome clown-like appearance and personality. Most new updates in the game seem to have originated from him.
Harvey Dent
The District Attorney of Gotham City, whose election campaign was mocked by the Joker.
Batman
A mysterious vigilante who has saved Gotham numerous times.
