To complete this game, you must click on the nose of the clown to blow up the balloon atop its head. At a certain point, the eyes of the clown will glow blue. When all of the clowns eyes are blue, a ticket is dispensed. Clicking on this ticket leads to http://whysoserious.com/redballoons/ineptlackeys.htm which shows this image
Solution
- Pumping the clown heads to certain heights turns their eyes blue
- Pump all the clowns so their eyes are blue simultaneously, and a ticket is produced
- Click theticket to proceed to redballoons/ineptlackeys
