The game
Solving Whysoserious.com/Operator leads to Whysoserious.com/Punkdrop, which is a carnival shooting game.
After shooting one of the dummies, a single light will turn on near another one. Shooting the dummy indicated by the light turns on a light next to the ticket slot. Shooting three of the lit-up dummies in a row dispenses a ticket, which leads to Whysoserious.com/Stupidbats/Default.htm.
