Map

There's a distinct possibility that the Gotham map might be involved, since the letters and numbers match up to the grid and "Epyttnelis" is "Silenttype" backwards. (SilentType being the SHH user who compiled the Gotham map.) I'm still working on colorizing it, but I uploaded the original .pdf on Rapidshare. --Sugarfiend06 11:35, 7 July 2008 (PDT)

SHH "ninjas"

Do people seriously believe that they would suddenly start posting solutions on SHH? They've been sending clues through Joker phone text messages since December! ARGH! --Sugarfiend06 13:05, 7 July 2008 (PDT)

  • This always ends up happening. A new puzzle comes out, no one can solve it, someone with less than 10 posts puts up a "solution," and everyone treats it like it is in fact the solution. Why are we so impatient that we jump on any possible lead, no matter how impossible it may be? WHY?? --AutoDecept 13:02, 7 July 2008 (MST)

Solving

Someone needs to find all the locations on the Silent type map. Does the map relate to real world locations?-Bestmovieever

I just overlayed the cutout tickets on the Gotham map by their grid number/letter (each ticket covered 2 squares when rotated and scaled) and each cutout revealed a street number:

6M = Fifth
3L= 3rd
3P = 1st
5H = 17th
2F=4th Street
6E=14th
8G=22nd

Whatever this means, I have no idea. --Sugarfiend06 16:31, 7 July 2008

There are 24 fortunes and all of those street numbers are below 24. I'm not sure which way to count the fortunes, left to right, top to bottom or backwards. I'm looking at 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th to see if anything is out of the ordinary. 1st has an 'o' that is smudged and appears to be an 's'. 3rd has a 'k' that looks like an 'R'. Not much anything on the 4th but the 5th has underlined 'o' and 'u'. --HOEDY 17:00, 7 July 2008 (MST)
