Citizens for Batman videos that were sent into
Gothamcablenews.com were uploaded onto YouTube
by a user named BriDog72, who is presumed to be
Brian Douglass from the CFB forums.
Citizensforbatman.org updates with a submission field.
A poster at the CFB forum reveals there is a cryptic
key to activate the project. Once the key is found via a clue
on Gothamcityrail.com and Maroniimports.com, the
locations for the July 8 events are revealed: New York City
and Chicago.

Participants with cell phones receive clues that lead to
Whysoserious.com/Operator. Solving the puzzle leads to
