Brian Douglass

Brian Douglass is a GPD officer who is also the founder and president of Citizens for Batman. He is highly suspected to be "Atoz," the file clerk in the GPD MCU. Although he was intially opposed to Citizens for Batman becoming a vigilante group, he eventually changed his mind and now leads CFB's underground crimefighting group on their law-enforcement missions. If the Dark Knight casting sides are to be believed, his fate in The Dark Knight will be jeopardized.
